Our design team understands tight tolerances, clean lines, and enhanced performance. But in today’s market, style needs to be exceeded by function! While our MKII Slides for the Glock 17 & 19 utilize a Gen 3 style guide rod, these slides are cut to be compatible with Gen 4 Frames! The right side of the slide does have the recessed edge to allow for the ambidextrous slide release! While the MKII Slide will accept an ambi slide release, it utilizes a Gen 3 compatible upper parts kit.
The G17 and G19 versions feature a ported top side of the slide that also aligns with our G17 and G19 Ported Barrels, making the ported top not only visually appealing, but functional as well.
The MKII G17 model features standard Glock sight cuts in addition to an RMR optic cut with 6-32 tapped retention holes. Front & Rear serrations complimented by dimples located at the 10 and 2 position make this slide easily manipulated with fine & gross motor movements.
Our new MKII slide design is lighter weight, featuring aggressive cuts and angles, to include a left side window over the barrel lug to balance the slide. This slide is 22% lighter weight than our standard cut slides, weighing in at 8.8 ounces! MKII Slides are 100% American-made from 416 stainless steel that is heat treated to 42-44 HRC for optimal strength and durability.

cheap price high quality
After reading the reviews, i tried canceling my order, but I'd was too late. When the slide arrived, it looked amazing. There were no imperfections on it, no leftover burrs, the parts swapped over perfectly. The only issue i had was the optic mount, i refused to cut or modify the slide in any way, so i just tapped the optic on and it fit perfectly, the screws lined up with my optic. You will need to fire the weapon or rack the slide slot so you can wear off some of the ceracoat in spots for smoother operation. All in all im happy with the slide, it looks really awesome and feels high quality. I would recommend.

Decent slide for the money
Got this to have an extra optic cut slide for my 23, decent quality, feels good to go, having shot it yet since install, install was pretty straight forward, great deal for the price.

Nice looking slide.
Slide arrived well wrapped and I was pleasantly surprised it comes in it's own box wrapped fantastically. Assemblely was smooth and quick with the parts I purchased elsewhere. Fits perfectly on my G17 and now I have another option of caliber to us with my initial G17. The 357 sig barrel purchased elsewhere fits perfectly as well. Now I just have to go give it some range time after I install the sights ordered elsewhere. I definitely recommend this product as it comes well made and the fit of all the different parts is great. The price was right and I am very happy with what I received.

Great value slide
Fit and finish are outstanding, as good as any I have used at twice the price. It's a basic slide. But very functional I highly recommend this slide

Clean machining.
It works, looks pretty. Cheaper to buy a slide than have my old gen 3 cut for optics. The front cuts provide a nice grip while racking. I had to chase the depressor plunger hole with a 11/32 drill to clear a burr from the optics mount threading, but that was it.the glock upper parts all fit well after that. The channel liner slid in easily.

Nice slide from ade
Fit and finish is awesome! Fun to have 40SW option for my G19 frame. Great deal too! I haven't got to test it yet. But my other Live Free Armory slides work fantastic so I have no doubt this one will too. Just waiting for chance to test it out. Thanks again OP!

Great deal and quality
I only have about 50 rnds through it, so far I’ve had no problems with the slide itself. I ran about 30 rounds of 9mm and then 20 rounds of 357 sig. the 1 and only thing I could say about this which might not be fault to LFA would be that bear cream arsenal barrels have to be slightly pushed into the slide. It catches on the reloading lug on the slide. No much of an issue to me. The barrels fit in nice and snug and functions reliably
