The optic itself seems well built and functioned properly, but I personally struggled with the dot because of my astigmatism. The dot appeared slightly distorted to my eyes, although my shooting partner thought it looked perfectly normal. Build quality and durability seem good, so I wouldn't call it a bad product. It simply wasn't the best match for my vision.

I originally purchased the Valkyrie for a recreational AR build and ended up being extremely impressed with both the product and customer support. I had a few questions regarding mounting options and received a quick response from ADE. The optic arrived well packaged and installation was straightforward. After zeroing, I spent the day running various drills and the sight performed flawlessly. What stands out most is the balance between affordability and performance. The dot remains crisp, the controls are intuitive, and the overall build quality feels much more premium than its price would suggest. I've since ordered a second one for another rifle.

Good Value but Mount Screws Needed Retightening

I purchased this sight almost a year ago for a PCC and have put well over 2,000 rounds through the setup. The optic has held up better than expected. The adjustments tracked accurately during zeroing and haven't drifted. Battery life has been respectable, and I appreciate not having to constantly worry about changing batteries. The housing has picked up a few scratches from competition use, but functionally it still performs exactly like it did on day one. For the price point, that's impressive.

The first thing I noticed was the larger viewing window. It makes transitions between targets much quicker than some of the smaller optics I've used. Dot is bright and clear even on sunny days.

Mounted the Valkyrie on my 12 gauge turkey shotgun before spring season. Zeroed easily and stayed locked in despite some pretty stout recoil. The larger window makes finding the dot fast when a bird suddenly appears. Very happy with the purchase.
