The Raptor has Motion-On/Wake-Sleep technology. While Raptor is turned on, the red dot illumination goes to sleep after five minutes of inactivity, but when any motion or vibration is detected, it instantly switches on illumination at the previous brightness setting. When raptor is manually turned off by press and hold the power switch for 2 seconds, it will also turn off the sensor.

Operates with a single CR2032 battery(included). Battery life is up to 50000 on low and 500 on brightest setting. You hold + and - for 2 sec to turn on, and hold both + and - to turn off. Since it has a motion sensor to go to sleep, users do not really need to power it off. When the unit is powered off, the motion sensor is turned off too. 1-10 levels of brightness intensity.

Clear Reticle With Good Control
The 6 MOA reticle is just right for quick shots out to a couple hundred yards. Doesn’t feel too big like some 8 MOA dots, and isn’t too small to pick up in low light. Works well and feels durable.

Easy to Mount and Use

Zero Stays Locked In
Range use hasn’t budged the zero on this thing — I’ve put a few hundred rounds through it and it hasn’t shifted. The dot is smooth and simple and doesn’t distract from the target. Very happy with how consistent this reflex sight is.

Great optic
Been running this optic after I stripped the screws on a cheaper model by ADE. First love the always on feature. Don't have to flip the one button when I leave the house or check it when I get home. Long battery life, stayed at zero after a few hundred rounds in my Taurus G3. Added blue locktite to the screws and works as advertised. Going to order another for my newest pistol. Get it!!
