Good mount with minor setup issue
The mounting plate works well overall and holds the optic securely once installed. My only issue was that the screws required careful alignment during installation to avoid cross-threading. Once I installed it correctly and applied a small amount of thread locker, the mount performed well and the optic stayed stable during shooting.

Useful backup part
I purchased this plate mainly as a spare so I could move my optic between different firearms. The plate works exactly as expected and fits the optic perfectly. It’s always good to have extra mounting hardware available, especially if you frequently change your setups.

Affordable but effective
For such a small and affordable accessory, this mounting plate adds a lot of flexibility. The installation was straightforward and the plate holds the optic firmly on the rail. I’ve used it on my rifle during range practice and it has performed perfectly so far.

Works exactly as described
This plate does exactly what it’s designed to do. It allows the RD3-015 optic to be mounted on a standard Picatinny rail quickly and securely. I’ve used it during multiple range sessions and the optic has remained perfectly stable. The screws also appear strong and hold the plate tightly.

Looks great with the optic
The finish on this mounting plate matches the optic very well and gives the setup a clean, professional look. The fit between the plate and optic is tight with no gaps or movement. Once mounted to my rail, the entire assembly felt very solid. It’s a small part but clearly well made.

Great for experimenting with optics
I like to experiment with different optic setups on my rifles and this plate makes that very easy. Being able to attach the RD3-015 to a Picatinny rail opens up a lot of options. The mount is lightweight but still feels sturdy enough to handle recoil and regular range use.

Took only minutes to install
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this mounting plate was to install. The screws lined up perfectly with my optic and the entire process took only a few minutes. Once everything was tightened down, the optic felt very stable. I’ve used it on my AR-style .22 trainer and it works great.

Holds zero without issues
After mounting my optic using this plate, I took it to the range to test it out. The mount felt extremely secure and the optic held zero perfectly throughout several magazines of shooting. The plate appears durable and well machined. It’s a great solution if you want to use the RD3-015 on a rail-mounted platform.

Makes the optic much more flexible
This plate is a great addition if you own the RD3-015 red dot. It allows the optic to be mounted on any Picatinny rail system, which makes it much more versatile. I’ve used the setup on both a .22 rifle and a PCC and it worked great on both. Installation was simple and the mount held the optic firmly in place.

Solid construction and perfect fit
The machining quality of this mounting plate really impressed me. The holes align perfectly with the optic and the plate sits flush when attached. The screws tighten smoothly and everything locks down securely. I’ve fired several hundred rounds with this mount installed and the optic hasn’t shifted at all.

Very versatile mount plate
One of the things I like most about this mounting plate is the versatility it adds. I originally bought the RD3-015 for a handgun setup, but with this plate I can quickly move it to a Picatinny rail rifle or PCC for range practice. The plate installs in just a couple minutes and once tightened down it feels very secure. It’s a simple accessory but extremely useful.

The plate installs easily using the included screws and holds the optic securely in place. Once mounted, the setup feels very stable and solid. I’ve used it on my range rifle during several shooting sessions and it has held zero perfectly. The machining looks clean and the fit between the optic and plate is excellent.

Nice plate doesn't fit.
Ordered the picatinny plate for this exact red dot. It is a very nice plate, but it doesn't fit the red dot described by part number and in add.
