I mounted this little laser sight on my Hi-Point 995. It fits perfect on the bottom rail in front of the forestock. With the pressure sensitive switch mounted on the new grip I also mounted the gun is ready for great use. For my money, this laser needs to be mounted on a large frame gun and would not fit anything probably smaller than a 9 mm. I'm not sure I would try it on any of the new pocket pistols or anything smaller than the S&W Bodyguard 380. In my opinion, the laser actually looks and works perfectly for a carbine like the 995. It doesn't hang down too far which means you can easily mount something else behind it such as a light. It would also work if you mounted the light in front of the forestock and move the laser back to the larger mount on the stock. Either way his peers to be a good quality piece of equipment and is worth three times the money.
